Three – 1-hour Coaching Sessions

Service Description

This package includes 3 sessions. Each session is 60 minutes.  1st Session: Intake Session, discussion of modifiable customized plan and lovework assignment to be completed before next session.  2nd Session: follow up session that will build from the previous session while setting the tone for the final session.  3rd Session: Final session, discussion of goals reached, and unreached, new goals that have developed, and maintenance plan.
